Selection Process – Eleven Universe

The International Recruitment and Selection Program of Eleven Universe (EU) is designed to identify, evaluate, and project the most talented players towards a professional career.

All applicants must go through a standardized online and on-site evaluation process, ensuring transparency, equal conditions, and professional criteria in each destination (Europe, Asia, Argentina, and South America).


Stages of the Process

1. Registration

  • Complete the online application form (official EU link or institutional email).
  • Indicate the tryout destination in the subject line (Example: Tryouts Europe).
  • Mandatory information to include:
    • Full name
    • Nationality and place of residence
    • Age (minimum 16 years old)
    • Playing position
    • Sporting background and previous clubs
    • Years of competitive experience

2. Preliminary Review
Our technical team will review the application based on:

  • Level of experience and potential.
  • Sporting profile in relation to the requested destination.
  • Availability to join a professional residency program.

3. Program Introduction
Individual virtual meeting with an EU Admissions Advisor to present in detail:

  • Benefits and objectives of the program.
  • Expectations and commitments of the player.
  • Logistical and administrative aspects (fees, residency, travel).

4. Video Evaluation

  • Submit a highlight video (maximum 5–7 minutes).
  • Mandatory content:
    • Offensive and defensive actions.
    • Decision-making in real match situations.
    • Individual technical exercises.
  • The video will be analyzed by the EU Europe Technical Committee.

5. Admission and Eligibility
Players will be selected according to an evaluation matrix considering:

  • Technical skills
  • Tactical intelligence
  • Physical and motor condition
  • Competitive personality and mentality
  • Professional projection

6. Enrollment and Integration
Admitted players will be able to formalize their enrollment in the 10-Month Professional Residency Program, with the guidance of an assigned advisor-mentor.


Terms and Conditions

  • The tryout fee varies depending on the destination and is non-refundable.
  • Admission decisions will be communicated within 48 hours after completing the process.
  • Parents and guardians are invited to participate in all informational meetings to fully support the player’s development.
  • The same selection criteria apply to all destinations.
