In this football coaching course, as a student of the Master’s Degree in Sporting Director of Professional Clubs, you will learn everything you need to know about this key figure in the world of football, who is increasingly necessary and more present than ever with sporting directors of the caliber of Monchi (Sevilla FC), Totti (Roma), and Robert Fernández (FC Barcelona).

The Sporting Director training we offer responds to all the demands, requirements, and challenges faced by individuals such as those mentioned above. This situation requires this figure to acquire a set of professional and personal skills necessary for their practice, such as negotiations, dealing with human resources, squad planning, and more.

In our desire to focus, above all, on the most essential knowledge in today’s football, we are launching this course, in which we continue to fulfill our long-standing commitment to the continuous improvement of coaches and those dedicated to or related to the world of football.

This course will allow us to learn about specific subjects, techniques, and knowledge sufficient to perform the typical duties and skills of a Sporting Director.

The course is designed for the specific development of both current sporting directors and those aspiring to this profession. Not only that, but we will also develop your capacity for responsibility over a group, team, or organization.

At the end of this course, you’ll not only learn the secrets of a sporting director and his or her management, but you’ll also complete a simulation, topic by topic, in which you’ll perform the tasks a sporting director goes through when joining a new club: from budget planning, signings and sales, to dealing with player agents.
